An internationally acclaimed Japanese dining experience has made its much-anticipated Australian debut with us here at Grosvenor Place. Renowned for its bold, soulful flavours and meticulous attention to tradition, Kokoro brings a whole new level of Japanese comfort food to Sydney.

Not Ramen, Not Udon, It’s a New Taste.

At the heart of Kokoro’s menu are two signature dishes:

  • Zenbu Mazesoba – a deeply comforting bowl of slow-braised pork served with silky noodles and a rich, flavourful dashi broth. This signature dish features all the toppings.
  • Tokyo Mazesoba – featuring juicy diced pork and beef, perfectly crisped, served over noodles and finished with an umami-rich shoyu sauce.

Every dish is designed to evoke a sense of place, drawing inspiration from Japan’s vibrant food culture. Diners can complete the experience with a curated list of premium sake, shochu, and refreshing highballs – including traditional hot sake, served just as you’d find in a tucked-away Tokyo izakaya.
